Adrian Caesar

Formerly Associate Professor of Literary Studies at UNSW@ADFA, and teacher of Creative Writing part-time at ANU, Adrian Caesar now writes full-time. He is the author of fourteen books including non-fiction, fiction and poetry. His experimental non-fiction novel, The White, won the Victorian Premier’s Award for non-fiction and the A.C.T. Book of the Year in 2000. His novel, The Blessing, was long-listed for the Voss literary award in 2016. Adrian has published seven books of poetry, and his poems have been long and short-listed for various awards including the Judith Wright Prize and the University of Canberra International Poetry Prize.
