Description
Ever wondered what it really feels like to be in a stage show? This joyful, low-pressure workshop is perfect for anyone who wants to step outside their comfort zone, try something new, and have a whole lot of fun in the process.
Led by Veteran Artist and performer Aleisha Croxford, you’ll spend the session playing theatre games, exploring character and scene work, learning how acting and song come together in musical theatre, and even joining in a relaxed group sing. It’s all about expression, creativity and giving yourself permission to be playful, silly and bold.
No experience required, just bring your curiosity and a willingness to play.
For those feeling brave (or inspired!), you’ll also have the optional opportunity to perform your solo song or monologue at the FOVA Open Mic Night.
Come for the fun. Leave with new confidence, creative tools and maybe even a little stage magic of your own.
This workshop is open to the Veteran Community.
What to bring
Comfortable clothes and shoes, and a drinkbottle.
