Description

A beginner-friendly textile workshop where you'll learn the basics of hand embroidery, including simple stitches like the running stitch, french knots, and satin stitch.

We'll also explore creative ways to upcycle used fabrics and yarn into unique, personal art pieces.

Using repurposed textiles, participants will design, glue and even stitch their own small project, perfect to take home and display.

This hands-on workshop encourages creativity, sustainability, and skill-building in a relaxed, supportive environment. No prior experience is needed, just a creative mind!

All materials will be provided. Come stitch, share, and transform the old into something meaningful and new!

This workshop is open to the Veteran Community.
